I’m Fiona, a personal trainer, studying nutritionist, and founder of Weight Wellness (the incredibly successful weight loss program).

Do I need equipment?
You only need two small sets of dumbbells:
One light pair (1–3kg) and one Slightly heavier pair (4–6kg). We introduce these gradually during the 8-week program.

Can I really get toned from home?

Yes — consistent strength-focused movements with progressive overload (built into the program) help tighten, tone, and increase muscle definition safely from home.
Are 20-minute workouts enough to see results?
Absolutely. Short, consistent strength sessions are highly effective — especially for beginners. It’s about doing the right exercises regularly.
Will this help me build muscle as I get older?
Yes — training becomes more important from your 30s onward. This program helps reverse age-related muscle loss so you feel stronger, more toned, and energised.
Is this suitable for complete beginners?
Yes — every workout includes follow-along instruction and easier modifications so anyone can start.
What if I haven’t exercised in years?
The workouts are paced and structured to build strength safely and gradually — you can absolutely start here.
Will I lose weight doing this program?
This is primarily a toning and strength-building program, but many women naturally lose inches because strength training boosts metabolism and increases lean muscle.
I’m worried about hurting myself — is it safe?
Yes — warm-ups, cool-downs, and beginner modifications are included. Always listen to your body and choose the easier option if needed.
What areas of the body does this target?
Full body: arms, legs, glutes, core, and back — designed for overall tone, strength, and everyday function.
How soon will I see results?
Many women feel improvements in energy, strength, and mood within 2–3 weeks, and see visible changes around Weeks 6-8 with consistency.

What if I fall behind?

Will strength training make me bulky?
No — this style of training helps you get leaner and more toned, not bulky. Women naturally build muscle more slowly and gently.
How many days a week should I train to get toned?
You only need 3 short sessions per week to see results when the workouts are structured properly.
What if I feel sore or tired after the workouts?
Some mild soreness is normal when starting strength training, but it should never feel painful. Warm-ups, cool-downs, and beginner modifications are included to support recovery.
Can I get toned without going to a gym?
