The Weight Wellness Program consists of daily motivation from Mark, once a week online workshops on topics related to mindset, food, and movement, plus a calorie intake strategy. The focus is all being on weight loss.
Our Weight Wellness Weight Loss Program is an easy access online only program to do from the comfort of your home.
You can access the program on a smart phone, tablet or computer.
You need a device with access to search the internet like Google Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer.
We advise watching or listening to the seminars on wifi. If you are out of coverage of wifi, check with your mobile provider that your package covers such data usage in order to avoid incurring any charges from your mobile provider.
Mark is your dedicated accountability partner in the Weight Wellness program. He provides daily motivation, support, and guidance to help you stay on track with your weight loss goals. Mark is here to ensure you never feel alone on your journey.
Our weekly practical workshops are designed to keep you motivated, stay focused, boost your self esteem, break bad habits, beat procrastination and learn the tools and strategies that work. Topics related to mindset, food, and movement.
Weight Wellness is suitable for anyone over 18 years of age and has approval from their health care provider to partake in. However, it is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant or plan on becoming pregnant while on the program. We recommend everyone to check with your GP before starting on a new health program. Especially If you have any underlying health issues, concerns or injuries, we recommend consulting your doctor before starting the program.

Fees are also non-transferable to other programs, workshops or persons.
Good supporting walking shoes are advised.
We also advise on having a measuring tape, weighing scales and food scales.
A device to watch and/or listen to the videos and workshops.
A wearable heart monitor like a smart watch can be helpful but is not required.
No we won’t be promoting or selling any pills or quick fix potions.
No we don’t believe in or promote diets. It is a calorie controlled program that doesn’t exclude any food groups.
